By accessing and using HeyMarketing's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
HeyMarketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, website design & development, and WhatsApp bulk SMS campaigns. All services are subject to the terms of a separate service agreement signed between HeyMarketing and the client.
Payment is due as per the invoice terms specified in the service agreement. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month. HeyMarketing reserves the right to pause services for overdue invoices beyond 30 days.
All creative assets, strategies and reports produced by HeyMarketing remain the intellectual property of HeyMarketing until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific creatives transfers to the client.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the other's proprietary information, business strategies and client data shared during the course of engagement.
While HeyMarketing strives to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition and platform algorithms.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due and payable.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
