Services

HeyMarketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media management, website development, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements.

Payment Terms

• All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
• Project-based work requires a 50% deposit before commencement
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if work has not commenced

Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by HeyMarketing for a client becomes the client’s property upon full payment. HeyMarketing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

HeyMarketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Project-based contracts may be terminated subject to payment for work completed to date.
